Wooden Icon of Saint Luke the Evangelist Custom Wooden Icon of Saint Luke the Evangelist

Product detailed description

The wooden icon depicts Saint Luke the Apostle and Evangelist with the Holy Scripture in his hands. The figure of the saint is complemented by a halo, a church, houses, fields, and a richly decorated frame featuring grapevine and grape clusters.

Saint Luke is one of the four evangelists. He is revered as the patron saint of doctors, medical professionals, painters, and artists. The icon is therefore a beautiful spiritual gift for believers, doctors, healthcare workers, or people named Lukas.

The relief is precisely crafted into solid wood. Three-dimensional details highlight the face, clothing, book, landscape, and the grapevine ornament of the frame.

We offer these types of wood for selection:

• walnut,

• oak,

• beech,

• cherry.

The surface of the icon is carefully sanded and treated with high-quality Osmo oil, which protects the wood and highlights its natural grain.

We can produce the icon in various sizes up to $80 \times 120\text{ cm}$. The thickness of the wood can range from 18 to 40 mm depending on the chosen size and design.

Each product is unique. The grain, color shade, and natural wood features may slightly differ from the product photographs.
