These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing goods through the woodlaser.sk online store.
2. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract
The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order. The Buyer is required to provide accurate and truthful information.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
The Seller is not registered for VAT. All prices displayed in the online store are final.
4. Delivery of Goods
Orders are processed according to product availability and the selected delivery method.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract
A Consumer may withdraw from the contract in the cases and under the conditions laid down by the applicable legislation.
6. Custom-Made and Personalised Products
Custom-made products include, in particular, products made from wood or plywood according to the Customer’s individual requirements, for example according to a specified size, shape, design or the Customer’s own artwork, as well as products engraved with a name, date, photograph or custom text.
For such products, the Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason pursuant to Section 19(1)(c) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. This restriction does not apply to claims concerning a product that is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the confirmed order.
Standard finished products without customisation may be returned in accordance with the applicable statutory rules.
Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection
7. Complaints Procedure and Liability for Defects
7.1 Seller
Company name: P&S STAV Prešov s.r.o.

Company Registration Number: 53 093 232
Email for submitting claims: gravirs.com@gmail.com

Online store: https://www.woodlaser.sk7.2 Seller’s Liability for Defects
The Seller is liable for any defect that the goods have at the time of delivery to the Consumer and that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
If a defect is remedied for the first time by repairing the goods, the liability period for defects is extended by 12 months. The liability period is extended in this manner only once, regardless of the number of subsequent repairs.
If a defect becomes apparent during the liability period, it is presumed that the goods were already defective at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise or unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect.
Rights arising from liability for defects also apply to goods produced according to the Consumer’s requirements, custom-made goods and personalised goods.
7.3 Time Limit for Reporting a Defect
The Consumer must report a defect within two months of discovering it and no later than the expiry of the Seller’s liability period for defects.
The Consumer is advised to report the defect without undue delay after discovering it to prevent the defect from becoming more serious or causing additional damage.
7.4 How to Submit a Claim
The Consumer may submit a claim:
- electronically by email to gravirs.com@gmail.com,
- by post to P&S STAV Prešov s.r.o., Chminianska Nová Ves 39, 082 33 Chminianska Nová Ves, Slovakia,
- in person at the Seller’s business premises, if the Seller operates such premises and accepts claims there.
The Consumer is advised to include the following information in the claim:
- the Consumer’s first name, surname and contact details,
- the order number or other information identifying the purchase,
- identification of the goods concerned,
- the date on which the goods were received,
- an accurate description of the defect and how it manifests itself,
- the requested method of resolving the claim,
- photographs of the damage or defect, where photographs can be taken.
The Consumer may prove the purchase using an invoice, order confirmation, proof of payment or another reliable method. The original packaging is not required for a claim to be accepted.
The Consumer must not send the claimed goods by cash on delivery. Before sending the goods, the Consumer is advised to agree with the Seller on the method of collection or transportation. The Seller bears the necessary costs of collecting the goods for repair or replacement.
7.5 Confirmation of Receipt of a Claim
The Seller will provide the Consumer with written confirmation of the reported defect without delay after receiving the claim.
The confirmation will include, in particular, the date on which the claim was received, a description of the reported defect, the requested remedy and the period within which the defect will be remedied.
The period for remedying the defect must not exceed 30 days from the date on which the defect was reported unless a longer period is justified by an objective reason beyond the Seller’s control.
If the Seller refuses liability for the defect, the Seller will inform the Consumer in writing of the reasons for the refusal.
7.6 Consumer’s Rights
If the Seller is liable for a defect, the Consumer has the right to request that the defect be remedied by repairing or replacing the goods.
The Consumer may choose between repair and replacement unless the selected remedy is impossible or would cause the Seller disproportionate costs compared with the alternative remedy, taking into account, in particular, the value of the goods without the defect, the seriousness of the defect and whether the alternative remedy would cause the Consumer significant inconvenience.
The Seller will remedy the defect free of charge, at its own expense, within a reasonable period and without causing the Consumer significant inconvenience.
The Consumer is entitled to an appropriate reduction in the purchase price or may withdraw from the purchase contract, in particular, if:
- the Seller has not repaired or replaced the goods,
- the Seller has refused to remedy the defect,
- the goods have the same defect despite being repaired or replaced,
- the defect is sufficiently serious to justify an immediate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract,
- the Seller has declared, or it is clear from the circumstances, that the defect will not be remedied within a reasonable period or without significant inconvenience to the Consumer.
The Consumer may not withdraw from the contract if the defect is insignificant or if the Consumer contributed to the defect. The burden of proof in this respect lies with the Seller.
In the event of a justified withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer will return the goods at the Seller’s expense. The Seller will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days from the date on which the goods are returned or the Consumer provides evidence that the goods have been sent, whichever occurs first.
7.7 Natural Characteristics of Wood
Wood is a natural material. Differences in grain, colour, texture and the arrangement of growth rings, minor colour variations and other natural characteristics of wood are not considered defects if they correspond to the nature of the material, the product description and the information provided to the Consumer before the contract was concluded.
Normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery as a result of improper use, unsuitable maintenance, prolonged exposure to water or moisture, washing in a dishwasher, exposure to high temperatures, mechanical damage or use contrary to the care instructions, is also not considered a defect.
This does not affect the Seller’s liability for a manufacturing defect, damage existing at the time of delivery or goods that do not correspond to the confirmed order.
7.8 Custom-Made Products
For goods made according to the Consumer’s specifications or made to order, the Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason pursuant to Section 19(1)(c) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll.
This restriction does not apply to the exercise of rights arising from liability for defects. A personalised product may be subject to a claim if it is defective, damaged, incorrectly manufactured or does not correspond to the confirmed order.
7.9 Final Provision on Claims
Legal relationships not governed by this Complaints Procedure are governed, in particular, by Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection and other applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic.
This Complaints Procedure must not be interpreted in a manner that restricts the Consumer’s statutory rights.
8. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.
9. Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes
The Consumer has the right to contact the Seller with a request for remedy if a dispute arises between the Consumer and the Seller concerning the exercise of rights arising from liability for defects or if the Consumer believes that the Seller has infringed their consumer rights.
A request for remedy may be submitted:
- by email to gravirs.com@gmail.com,
- by post to P&S STAV Prešov s.r.o., Chminianska Nová Ves 39, 082 33 Chminianska Nová Ves, Slovakia.
If the Seller rejects the request for remedy or fails to respond within 30 days of the date on which it was submitted, the Consumer has the right to submit an application to initiate alternative dispute resolution. The Consumer’s right to apply to a court remains unaffected.
