Ordering from woodlaser.sk is simple. Follow these steps to purchase a finished product or order a personalised item made especially for you.

1. Choose a Product

Browse our categories and select the product you would like to order. Detailed information about the material, size, finish and available customisation options can be found on each product page.

2. Select the Available Options

Choose the required size, type of wood, colour, design or other available options. Some products can be made to measure according to your requirements.

3. Enter Your Personalisation Details

If you would like engraving, enter the exact name, date, dedication or other text in the order note. Please check all spelling, numbers and dates carefully before submitting your order.

If your order requires a photograph, logo or custom design, send the file to gravirs.com@gmail.com and include your order number.

4. Add the Product to Your Cart

Click the button to add the product to your shopping cart. You can then continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.

5. Complete Your Order

Enter your contact and delivery details, select one of the available delivery and payment methods and check your entire order carefully. To complete the purchase, confirm and submit the order.

6. Order Confirmation and Production

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. If additional information is required for a personalised or custom-made product, we will contact you before production begins.

The production time depends on the selected product, its size and the complexity of the requested customisation.

7. Dispatch and Delivery

Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched using the delivery method selected during checkout. Delivery time depends on the destination and the selected carrier.

Important Information About Custom-Made Products

Products made according to your specifications or personalised with engraving cannot be returned without giving a reason. This restriction does not affect your right to submit a claim if the product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the confirmed order.

Wood is a natural material. Its grain, colour and texture may vary slightly, making every product unique.
